endurance is VERY important in football.

but speed and stamina will be useless IF you dont have great ball control, vision, or composure.

trust me, coaches dont really care about extreme speed if you dont have ball control and touch. thats the essence of football: control and touch

In the United States there are currently 66,248 youth, club, and high school coaches....

no wait Roger Tinnemans ( Cold Spring Harbor HS ) has just past away.

no........ Steven Allen ( Cowboys under 10 youth team, Elmira NY ) has desided to devote more time to his family.

no wait a second, can I get back to you on this ?

My first suggestion would be to play all the time. Just look at every successful sports star...they played all the time! To be successful in America, fitness is a major part of the college soccer scene. I would suggest asking for a fitness guide and make sure you pass all the fitness tests with flying colors at the start of preseason. To go pro, especially to get drafted into the MLS, you need to stand out...so work your ass off until you are better than everyone else! Play soccer, 1v1, 3v3, 11v11, whatever, all the time!

I m also soccer player. If U wanna learn dribbling the best way is to watch Christiano Ronaldo or other play makers. He is my favourite. My best dribble is First crossing my right foot over the ball without touching the ball and then same with left foot and again with right foot now move the ball the side U want. This is the best dribble in 1 on 1 tackle. Or If U wanna improve ur left leg just practice 1 hr everyday with left foot without even touching the ball with right leg. I had the same problem. Now I have improved so much that in last match I played, I scored the opening goal by my left foot. It was a great pass and I just finished off with just a fast flick. We won that match with 3-0. By the way I m 15 and without a gf. Check my profile. Pls Pls dont chat with me if U have the habbit of saying dirty.
