Help answer the question about soccer
What is the best website for soccer news and updates?I am interested in soccer, and I really want to know more of the sport and what is happening. I was wondering if there is a website that is free that has soccer news from Europe and others. I am not too interested in American soccer, but the big leagues in Europe. I also kind of want to watch soccer game highlights videos, and learn the score, upcoming matches. And even get more info on each team themselves. I would prefer it to be free, to sum it up I was wondering if there is a place that has all European soccer info in one website, while having soccer video highlights.

how bout somebody saves me from my lonleyness.. I have a webcam too
Saturday:
Eat and drink lots of things that have a lot of water, such as salad and gatorade/water
Saturday for Breakfast have eggs and some good form of vitamins (OJ?)
Saturday for lunch i would recommend lots of water/gatorade and salad or bread/noodles
Saturday for dinner have some form of pasta or carbohydrate
The morning of the game eat rolls, things that fill you up and give you energy…but do not, i repeat DO NOT eat anything within 1 hr and a half before the game, you will get mad cramps..but do not stop drinking, drink about a bottle before the game but dont drink it too fast, also
get alot of sleep but not too much about 9-10 hrs are good,
to get pumped for the games i usually listen to some up beat music and talk to people that i care about and think about different situations that could come up during the game
hope that helped, you may want to change a few things to fit you since everyone is different but the basic principles apply to everyone
Think of a personal goal for yourself, have confidence that you will win. Listen to music that gets you pumped possibly find something that makes you mad.
PUT IN THE STIPULATION OF THE MEN'S GAME THAT THE LOSER OF A MATCH WILL CROSS DRESS AND PLAY IN WOMEN'S DRESS FOR 10 MINUTES.
Since you do not wanna take any pills for this condition…you could try ice packs…yep, ice.
Hope I helped!
Eat pasta and bananas (anything that is high in carbs), but dont overdo it, stretch how you normaly stretch before any game.
Through the first part of the day dont do anything too strenuous, do something you enjoy and will take your mind off the event. Listen to calming music, or any music that you love as your traveling to the game and in the changing rooms before you get changed. Then listen to your coach and focus on the game.
good luck..
just do your best win or loose .take midol or pamprin its pain relief especially for pms and it works great for at least getting rid of all the symptoms.i dont know if you use tampons but they have really thin one that feel like you dont have anything on at all and then a pantie liner for extra protection.thats about it you could never really escape the curse as i call it. just do you best and forget the rest.
I don't know much about soccer, but I would assume that Americans have a harder time because soccer is not as popular here as it is in European countries. Because it is so popular in other countries, maybe they have more opportunities to excel because they take it so seriously.
indoor fields are smaller than outdoor, but the floor isn't hard. its usually turf. the season has already startedf for session 1 but there is still session 2 and 3. go to your local soccerzone, soccerspot, or whereever indoor soccer is located and find out when to sign up for sessoin 2. just google in where you live and indoor soccer and you'll find one.
